After a hard ordeal, the artist Étienne Gélinas got up and took the decision to go and compete in the longest and most dangerous race in the world "The Dakar." This rally, which now takes place in the Saudi Arabian desert, is one of the most watched motorsport events around the world. It is an unparalleled endurance test, around 500 competitors (all disciplines combined) take the start of the Dakar each year. Those who reach the finish line will have covered more than 8000 km of race through the desert.
